Our Lean Agile process.
Every project starts with a shared Slack channel, so the whole team sees conversations and decisions as they unfold. We hold a kickoff every week, post standups daily, and run a retrospective every other week. Product owners are encouraged to take part in all of it.
Every issue moves through the same board: write, approve, estimate, implement, code review, QA, and user acceptance testing. Automated deployment and continuous integration mean work is ready to review and test as soon as it's done, and we monitor every release once it's in production.
