Revelry
Strategy

Solve the right problem with the right solution.

Our product managers lead discovery, build the roadmap, and stay on the delivery team through release, so priorities stay tied to the vision as the work unfolds.

What we do

Exploring the possibilities.

In a series of sprints, we lead exercises that identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and bring to light a product's potential business model, market, and outcomes.

  • Discovery sprints & product framing
  • Jobs-to-be-done & user research
  • Competitive & market analysis
  • Roadmaps & release planning
  • Code & product audits
  • Lean Agile coaching for in-house teams
  • Stakeholder alignment workshops
  • Go-to-market sequencing
How it works

How discovery works.

Identify

Frame the problem

For new products, we frame the most impactful problems to solve. For established products, we audit the current state and roadmap the work that adds the most value with the least disruption, whether that calls for a code review, a UX audit, user testing, or competitive analysis.

Prioritize

Weigh the options

Together we weigh the potential impact, effort, appetite, and dependencies of each item in the backlog. Product managers, designers, and engineers talk through risk and complexity so the decisions are informed ones.

Roadmap

Plan the path forward

After discovery, we create a roadmap that captures milestones, technologies, and the path to your business goals. During development we revisit priorities often, but the roadmap remains the source of truth for what the team is working toward.

Why Revelry

A product manager on every team.

We think of our product managers as both the conductor and the orchestrator of a project: directing priorities, making sure those priorities remain part of the vision, and keeping things running smoothly. An experienced product manager is part of every team we deploy.

Behind every great product, there's a solid plan of action. Even when things don't go as expected, it helps to have a roadmap of the vision, free of distractions or uncertainty about where you're going.
